Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	Cell's Ki didn't drop, but he wasn't at full power either and had he been losing Ki Cell could have easily just kept raising his Ki so it wouldn't appear that he was losing Ki. Because Cell still had a lot of power he wasn't even using. At least that's how I look at it.

After all, Power is comprised of both Speed and Strength. USSJ Trunks might be stronger than Initial Perfect Cell but he ain't touching him in Speed. That's why I give Initial Perfect Cell the lead in power over USSJ Trunks.
