However, the anime has been inconsistent before (or, more infamously, after these events), so going by that's no big deal. So I had to check this out. I used to believe such a statement existed, but I couldn't find it. Turns out I was looking in the wrong episode, and there actually is such a statement. Episode 198 Time: about 8m30s Context: Goku is fighting the DBZ version of Barney Pikkon: (to himself) "That kid definitely has a lot more power than when we first met. Don't tell me he's advanced that much in this short a time..." There's just one problem with this, and that's that Pikkon never witnessed Goku's true power up to that point. The only explanation I can think of is that Toei forgot that they saved SSj Goku for the tourney and had changed his animation against the guys in Hell, which Pikkon was there for, so they thought Pikkon did see Goku's true power. If this is true and Pikkon really was meant to be stronger than Super Perfect Cell in Toei Land, then Goku powered up throughout the tournament to the point where his Super Saiyan power was superior to SSj2 Kid Gohan's (and by a lot if we take Weighted Pikkon ~ Base Goku > SPC seriously). So doesn't that mean it could just as well be Perfect Cell (@MSSJ Goku)? Then count the fact Cell never heard about pikkon and underestimated him, resulting in him maybe fighting at 50% There is no legitimate evidence whatsoever to say Pikkon > SPC

Posts: 378 Group: Suspended Member #10,783 Joined: January 26, 2014 Gender Male Favourite Anime Dbz and many other show's What Browser do you use? i commute between many browser's Favourite Manga none	Judging from the fight scenes in the anime .....I am assuming pikkon is atleast equal to cell(@goku or gohan)......Also the reason to introduce pikkon was to show the limitations of ssj/mssj to the viewers.That is it does not matter how strong you train in base/ssj/mssj,if your opponent has any sort of speed advantage you will lose.The whole fight against pikkon is more of a prologue to the start of the the third arc of the series.This fight against pikkon made goku realize the limitations of ssj/mssj(i.e speed) and the only way to overcome these limitation's were to ascend.So the whole fight basically provides a side story of when and why goku unlocked ssj2 and ssj3.........

What doesn't strike me as too absurd is Pikkon with a Kaioken attack taking out Cell. Cell appears to be at his base power here, or he should be to make it make sense at all. Base Cell is roughly equal to Warm Up Goku. Who was aura less when he fought Cell and didn't even look like he had to do anything to fight at that level. I think Warm Up Goku is probably somewhere between 5-15% of his total power. I've grown accustomed to using Warm Up Goku = 15% MSSJ Goku and have experienced success with it. So let's try this...Even using a 50x boost, it's not terrible.... MSSJ Goku 100% Power - 1,000 MSSJ Goku Warm Up - 150 Warm Up Cell - 150 Base Goku 20 Weighted Pikkon 18 Alright, so he needs to be able to one or two hit Warm Up Cell. 10x bringing him up to 180 is probably not enough. So let's try a 20x boost for Blazing Shot and you get 360. Plenty of power to take Warm Up PC out quite easily.
