I think his GT haircut is a good way to show that he matured a little since the final chapter. I can see it being short and similar to that, just to show he's more adult-like instead of teenager-ish with long shaggy, a** pullin' hair like that.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	I think Goten's hair just naturally looks like Goku's, as it did when he was young. His end-of-Z style is what happened when he let it grow out longer. His GT style, if you ask me, looks like what happens when he cuts it shorter.
