With the implications from the manga that Goten and Gohan aren't very far apart in power, I could envision Super Saiyan 2 Goten being around a power-weighted Cell, so he'd have the strength advantage over Broly. Beating him would be another issue. Goten had training in kumite from Chi-Chi, and trained for about a month with Gohan, so he has some skill. But he wasn't a master with his ki manipulation yet given he destroyed part of the Budokai arena and couldn't avoid Trunks' trick in their match. Broly, on the other hand, showed impressive skill with his ki, but perhaps not as impressive fighting skill. He's certainly been in more battles, though, and the Legendary Super Saiyan form would lend him some needed durability. I say it could go either way, but I'd give it to Goten 6.5/10 times.

I think Broly takes, he has infinite stamina and brute force, to be honest this can really go either way.

Goten is a decently skilled fighter so i'd say it's a toss-up in skill. Broly might have the advantage in stamina but I think Goten beats him in terms of power.

It's good enough for me to say that they were close in power.

This places SSJ Goten's strength more or less similar to 18's. When Goku MSSJ deploys half its power, Vegeta admits that he is stronger than him. That give : LSSJ Broly (M8) > MSSJ Goku ~ MSSJ Gohan >> ASSJ Vegeta (1st Rosat) >> Cell (2nd form) >> Android 16 = Cell (1st form) >> Kamiccolo = Android 17 > Android 18 ~ SSJ Kid Trunks (Pre-Rosat) > SSJ Kid Goten.
