I have Tullece around the 50,000 mark, give or take. He only loses to Goku and Ginyu. |

He kicks the crap out of the first three. He was holding his own against a guy who was already stronger than 30,000...a PL was stated to be skyrocketing. Turles was also planning to kill Gohan with a PL of 100,0000 as an Oozaru. Let's infer that this means amplification. In such a case, he can pretty much kill anyone besides Ginyu with that and he could probably put quite a bit of damage on Ginyu with it itself. This is the problem with Turles. You have Goku's PL of 30,000 and skyrocketing...where that puts him is any one's guess. Then you have Turles there who is about to kill something with a PL of 100,000. Its a point where you either have Turles close to 100,000 or you have him close to 30,000 but give him a very high amp. It can be admittedly difficult to place. |

You can always go here to check out my opinion on the power of Turles. When it comes to this list, I've got him scalping everyone simultaneously up until Captain Ginyu (and Kaio-ken Goku). |

He'd get beat pretty quickly without Kaio-ken. His speed is probably the only thing he could rely on. |
