Are they able to mate successfully with saiyan and humans? Last question. Any guidebook data on them?

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	I once read a theory that species like the Tuffles, some of Freeza's henchmen ect were descendants from humans who colonised space long before the events of Dragonball happened. It's even possible that Saiyans came from this same common ancestry and that is how they are able to breed with humans. If this is true then it's entirely plausible that they could also breed with Tuffles.

I think it's possible for them to mate and reproduce since Saiyans and Earthlings didn't have any problems with it. The Tuffles shouldn't be that strong. They were wiped out by a family of Saiyans that at least had members around the 1,000 area.

They seemed similar to humans in the flashbacks. I'd give them relatively minor battle powers as well, probably reaching into 100 at the most, but they were supposed to be peaceful, scientific people, so I don't think many of them would be into the fighting aspect of life.
