Janemba would have a bit of trouble with Boo because of his regeneration, but he'd win eventually. He also has regeneration (at least in the confines of Hell), can mimic techniques, and can produce miniatures of himself. He also seemed pretty durable.

After Janemba's initial attack on the Mountain of Needles and Vegeta starts crying that Goku is still stronger than him Goku: "That ain't surprising. Here I've had my body, and have been training this whole time on Grand Kaio's World. It's only natural that there'd be a gap between us." This is the same Vegeta that was dead equal to SSJ2 Goku in SSJ2 during the Boo arc. Goku talks about how he's been training the whole time since he had a body while Vegeta didn't.
