DBZ is so inconsistent

Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ, Gundam, Kenichi, Slayers, and any love manga.	DBZ is so inconsistent. Akira Toriyama shows Frieza in his first form as a planet buster but the Androids who are stronger than him and SSJ Gohan and Trunks didn't seem like Planet busters. Cell is supposed to be an Solar System buster then when Buu launches his attack it only blew up the earth and SSj2 Goku and Vegeta couldn't take it. Goku gets killed by planet destroying bomb but Goku should be taking planet buster attacks from any enemy Frieza and above. SSJ3 Goku vs Kid Buu and SSJ3 Goku vs Fat Buu battle and it feels like the earth is going to be destroyed yet when SSJG Goku faces Bills, Mystic Gohan vs Super Buu, SSJ3 Gotenks vs Super Buu, and Vegito vs Super Buu the planet doesn't to be reacting the same way. Hell the Goku vs Vegeta fight way back in the Saiyan saga had the planet shaking by Goku's Kamehameha wave and Vegeta's Galick Gun attack had the whole planet shaking but attacks from characters of higher calibers rarely ever does them same. Akira Toriyama doesn't seem interested in upping the DBZ warriors feats. I wish he would Goku and Bills by now should be Universe destroyers or at least casual Galaxy Busters and the shock waves from their punches should be star busting to even partial galaxy destroyers to full galaxy destroyers. Will Akira Toriyama ever up the DBZ feats?

Incosistencies happen and it's not always a bad thing. I don't understand why fans need to pick at every little thing about Dragonball and frankly, it's getting rather annoying. Enjoy it for what it is and don't irritate yourself over small simple things.

Show a character that has the feats to back up the claim he is a threat to the universe.

There's inconsistencies but I do think it's more consistent than it is inconsistent. It's not inconsistent to the point where we have no idea how powerful they are. The reason the attacks don't get any bigger is because they can compact the energy. That's why you see an attack that has the power to easily blow the entire planet away but the planet is still intact. It's kind of hard when you have two people that are easily capable of destroying the planet with their finger fighting on Edited by Ssj3vegito96, Jun 3 2014, 05:39 AM.

After the Frieza fight battles should have taken place away from Earth like when Yu Yu hakusho took the S class battles to the demon world. When ever you have to worry about a battlefield like Earth with planet busters the feats are inconsistent.

Exactly the Saiyans should of atleast been able to breath in space hell there should of been a KI technique at least.

If Akira Toriyama specifically makes Cell say such a thing, he can probably do it.

Think about it Kid Buu didn't care and by now Goku and Vegeta were both Super Saiyan well beyond Gohan's level so if Cell's statement was true then why wouldn't they try to deflect a planet busting attack if they can take more than that? They chose to leave earth because they couldn't take the attack that only blew up the planet. This would of been the perfect time to show Solar System busting feats. The truth is unless they do it they can't do it. We needs feats to show them. Goku was killed by a bomb meant to destroy the earth. Just the earth and by your statement he take planet busting shots all the time. So why did he die to cells bomb. The same can go with the battle they show a certain level for one fight like the Goku vs Buu but Gotenks, Gohan, and Vegito who are all stronger than SSJ3 Goku didn't show anywhere near the same feats that makes no sense.
