Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	They could be relatively close to power, both are implied to be close to Freeza in their respective forms but still weaker. I'd probably end up giving Cooler a bit of a power advantage but let's say their rivaling for sake of things. Cold didn't have much of a style to him, he tried to talk a big game but ultimately he died like a coward trying to attack with a large blunt object. Cooler at least is suave, intelligent and just comes off as someone who knows how to handle a fight. He knows how to use the situations around him far better than his father could.
