 Wasn't Sauzer's official power level stated to "only" be 170,000?
I have Tullece around 2nd Form Freeza, so he wins.

 Sauzer made a Post-Nail Unweighted Piccolo struggle a bit during his fight. At the very least Sauzer is coming around Second Form Freeza.
