SSJ3 matters not since I think its a multiplier, the Ultra Divine Water is also a potential unlock like SSJ4, so Goku's power would be the same if not weaker when he drank the water .

Just because the one is called SSJ4 and the other is a powerfull water doesn't make them any different, they both get the job done the same way. Of course I could be wrong but its just my opinion

You need to keep in mind that Goku's Super Saiyan powers are part of his potential. Potential is simply any ki that you have, or can have. So the worst that he would get would be to be equal to his SSJ 3 self, and that's if he had absolutely no more potential to offer. Edited by SSJ, Jun 2 2014, 09:12 PM.

Posts: 10,145 Group: RP Moderator Member #8,473 Joined: October 26, 2012 Gender Male Country None	The way I look at it, If in this situation he had already gotten to SSJ3 and could access it that would mean SSJ4 can't be weaker as he already had the potential to reach SSJ3 and what his power at that point would be, so there'd be no where to go but up. Even if he stayed at the same power he'd get rid of his SSJ3 form's weaknesses. However his body would become in Prime condition through SSJ4 wouldn't it? I'd like to believe that would boost him to Captain Ginyu levels at the least.
