Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	After Dende restores Shenron, Piccolo says Dende has a lot of power. Now for this scenario, lets just assume he met ki-wise. Do you think Piccolo in Cell saga could take MSSJ Goku if he fused with him?

I already have Piccolo approaching 50% FP SSJ Goku, so giving him say a 2.5x boost gives him the win.
