Piccolo techniques and skills might prove difficult but there's enough of a gap for Goku to win. Goku has no chance if this is after Raditz though.

Lol,I Made this because i think bodb goku was a 50,then 50 x 50=2500 and piccolo = 2500 That is because i think is a good fight if goku was 10 in bodb,i agree with you[/quote]

Goku cannot fly, or use ki, so he only has a power advantage. Piccolo is a martial artist that surpasses Piccolo Daimao in every way, so he has more skill, knowledge, etc. I think Piccolo could take on a Goku who is about 1.23x stronger than himself. Flight could be key in this.
