"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the war room!"

The problem is that they're comparing ki power to over-all durability, which isn't the same thing.
Not to mention they use Fanulations.

... And they really don't distinguish that different ki blasts move at different speeds.

Fanslations aren't that bad in db considering akira is piss poor at math to begin with

Edit: the blog was pretty accurate tbh

Here's a comprehensive feat guide with statements of certain things.

-Moon Busters

-Planet Busters

-Statements of Solar System Busters

-Statements of instant Solar System Busters

-Are FAR above the speed of sound

Good everybody? Didn't even have to use calculations which are more akin to lolcalcs anyway.

I would rather not read a post that long lol. I can try to briefly tell you what they're capable of

Lifting: honestly in dbz, nobody can pushing or pull planets and stuff. We actually don't know exactly how much they can lift. What's more important is how hard they can hit

Striking power: an average punch from mystic gohan for example is more than enough to easily splatter someone who can withstand a solar system destroying attack.

Long distance travel speed: Low hypersonic I guess. A lot of people overrate and say they're faster than light but it doesn't work.

Combat speed: this what we know. They can have a short fight in very small fraction of a second. They move too fast for a normal human and even high level ki users to see. Same thing with some of the blasts like friezas finger beam

Destructive power: multiple solar systems. But don't expect them to be able to literally destroy even one solar system. Their blast would be potent enough to multi-solar system bust but a lot of people don't think they can spread the blast that wide.

Durability: durability goes along with destructive power. However strong their attack is, their durability is somewhere around there

Here's something important to note: A lot of people(I was one of them) think "this person can destroy one planet. When he gets 10x stronger he can destroy 10 planets". That's not how it works though. Their actual abilities(destructive power, speed, etc.) don't scale linearly with power level. However. we do know that kaioken does in fact scale linearly to power level. So when goku with kaioken is surpassed, that can give us an idea of how much faster, stronger, etc. that person is. The person that made blog you posted didn't take this into account based on reading the first few things

Their travel speed for the most part is PIS/inconsistent I highly doubt their is such a huge difference in combat speed and thier travel speed

I believe based on the feat in the cell games they are Ftl

What feat in cell games are you talking about? Cells KHH getting into space in a few seconds? Their travel speed can consistently been nowhere near ftl

Goku dodging cell khh with his instant transmission and If we look closely to those scans, we see that Goku made instant transmission while the energy beam went about 10 000 Km,

Which is Ftl

You can't really put a number on how long it took for the blast to reach 10,000 km though

Ok but after goku teleports out of there, we see the blast moving, and then we see it in space. We can't tell how fast it was going. Things generally go faster in space too

I like to break down fights and compare them.

Rivaling fights - Distant, Medium, Close.

What levels of stompery there are and what not and making a decent basis for them.

For example,

Goku vs Cell and Zarbon vs Vegeta are very similar. So I'd use a similar percentage gap for both of them. I like breaking down the feats in this way.

Also I like to judge by facial expression as well. If a guy has veins coming out of his head and if a guy is leisurely smiling and looking like he's taking a nap while attacking, that is going to lead to different results even if the fight looks the same.
