It all depends on Freeza's approach. Goku is probably never going to turn down a fight against a strong opponent. So I don't know.

Freeza's strength was worth fighting against for Goku. So I would never agree with that 120/150 gap. I doubt Vegeta considers Zarbon worth fighting against again and that gap is tiny.
