So we really don't know how he stacks up to Bills and probably never will. Vegito/Buu could manhandle SSJ3 Goku and the other Zfighters just as easily as Bills did. So unless they release some new material these are all just personal speculation.

In case you would not know, Goku said that even merging with Vegeta, he can not win against Bills. And he said after battling Bills yet heavily suppressed. So, Bills (100) >>>>>>>>>> SSJ3 Vegito MV14. Add Buu will not change anything, since he is already far weaker than SSJ Vegito. If with this information, you do not know who wins...
