 Can someone explain to me why Goku is so haxed in M13? Why does people think this? I was under the impression everybody got wiped out, but Goku had an ounce of strength to figure out Hirudegarn's weakness.

 Well, most people like me believe both SSJ2 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta had better feats against Base Hiru than Ultimate Gohan hence him being placed stronger. Others don't believe their was any haxing at all for some reason or the other.

I personally have SSJ3 Goku in this movie close to SSJ Vegito only because I have his SSJ2 a good amount higher than Ultimate Gohan and because I use a 5X SSJ multiplier.

I mean Mystic Gohan figured out his weakness of being able to hit him when he attacks right at the beginning of the movie. I dont understand why he doesn't just tell everyone that is Hirudagans weakness.

That being said, my belief is that Goku is the master of endurance and has been perfecting his fighting for decades. His ability to create a move such as Super Dragonfist is a testament to his ability to create moves that are super concentrated forms of energy. I would say hes not haxed, its just that training then that we see come through when its needed most! To me SSJ3 Goku Super Dragonfist>SSJ3 Gotenks>Mystic Gohan>SSJ3 Goku

I might have to. I just remember Goku finding out Hirudegarn's weakness and him exploiting it. Before that, everybody got theirs.

 I believe the movies follow the anime.
Goku got a huge boost out of nowhere in the anime, near the ending of the Buu Saga, it pretty much started after Old Kaioshin gave his life to Goku. He fights an illusion of Ultimate Gohan with SSJ (the illusion is stated, both in the anime and in the Daizenshuu to be as strong as the real Gohan), and then fight Pure Buu, who's stronger than Gohan-Buu with SSJ3.

M13 SSJ3 Goku >/< SSJ3 Goku (Buu Saga @ near the ending) >>>>>>>>>>> SSJ3 Goku
That's why Goku's so strong in M13, at least that's what I believe.

No, if I'm not mistaken the whole "insult him and he gets weaker" is a dub error.

 I don't see why their shouldn't be any haxing in this movie.

This was during the time period were Toei was going crazy with their Goku and Vegeta haxing so for them to bring it over to the movies would only be expected.

 In the English Dub of Movie 13, Goku's like "Mean words make it weak..." or some stupid **** like that. In the original Japanese, Hirudengard can't use his mist while attacking and that's why goku attacked while Hirudengard was trying to punch him.
