I've been under the assumption you meant they were taking on all 15 million degrees Celsius all at once... Even though the sun is millions of degrees that does not matter.
What matters is how much THE ENTIRE SUN produces every second which is only 91 petatons
Piccolo destroyed the moon casually
That attack right there is thousands of petatons and raditz tanked that no problem
So explain to me how 91 petatons is going to harm raditz in any way?

nononono, I meant 15 million degrees celcius in applicable form. In other words, giving off enough energy to make the sun pushout all that heat into something that you would feel. Something far above just a measly 91 petatons.

Then no raditz dies
Spc Cell and above would be good

Heat does not kill you in the same way as ki!
Ki is explosive and more or less just blows you apart. Heat just burns you. If I squish someone under a car press or something, there'll be splattered remains as all that's left. If I blast someone with a napalm bomb, their body will be around a bit longer because heat and blunt force aren't the same thing
Prince brings up a good point with Vegeta getting splatted by Gohan and Tao nearly dying from a grenade

You do know that they use the radius and temperature together with an equation to calculate the energy produced, right?
Stars emit massive amounts of energy per second and so the power of a star is enormous. We assume that a star behaves as a perfectly 'black body' in other words it is a perfect radiator of radiation at its surface temperature. The Stefan- Boltzmann law states that the power emitted by a black body of surface area A and with a surface temperature T (K) is given by the equation: Power = σAT^4 where σ is a constant (5.7x10-^8 Wm-^2K-^4). (Note: we are assuming here that the temperature of the surroundings (deep space) has a temperature of 0 K) If we assume that a star is roughly spherical then A = 4πr^2 for a star of radius r.
The power of a star is therefore: Power output of a star = 4πσr^2T^4 = 7.16x10-^7r^2T^4
Consider our Sun. It is a star of surface temperature of roughly 6000 K, and a radius 6.96x10^8 m. Using the preceding equation we can calculate its power output:
Power output of the Sun = 7.16x10-^7r^2T^4 = 7.16x10-^7x[6.96x10^8]2x[6000^4] = 7.16x10-^7x 4.84x10^17x1.296x10^15 = 4.5x10^26 W = 4.5x10^26 Joules per second
Note: It would be slightly lower, since the Sun's surface temperature isn't 6000 K. 3.826x10^26 Joules per second might fit better.

HEAT is Energy just in another form getting hit by a car can be measured just like heat in something we call joules
Now is everyone going to dodge the question and say that raditz can be hurt by 91 petatons?
When he was shown to tank a moon buster to the face?
Heat and blunt force are the same thing in the sense that they are both a form of energy which can be measured in joules.
Edit@ Stark The sun only releases 91 petatons per second
Not for it's entire lifespan but fir every second it's 91 petatons or 3.8x10^26 j

But in DBZ, they clearly don't scale. Vegeta, someone who's a moon buster at least, was nearly killed when an 80 ton monkey fell on him. Did Gohan's little fall have 91 petatons+ of energy behind it?!

Because on panel we have raditz taking a MOON BUSTER TO THE FACE which btw had more petatons than the sun releases every second
So are you going to follow inconsistenies or use factual logic here?
Because if you think raditz can be hurt by 91 petatons I don't know what to say

The point is that even if the energy is the same, the damage isn't. Let's say you're covered in knight armor. Sword slashes won't do much to you, you are protected against cutting. Being smashed with a hammer is still going to kill you and if not, hurt a lot more than a sword

Those attacks are heavily condensed and concentrated and they still have more output than 91 petatons lmfao
Raditz tanked piccolo's moon buster to the face(thousands of petatons)
And he is absolutely fodder lmfao

You might have point with the Father Son Kamehameha, but Babidi was impressed by the 1/10 of the Earth feat and Krillin was impressed by tearing up the land

Stop looking at low ends weaklings like raditz are shown to take moon+ attacks to the face no problem
Either way no matter how you look at it the sun wont affect these guys since their durability is much higer than 91 petatons
This is what would happen if raditz got hit by 91petatatons from the sun

It won't burn him since his durability is >>>>>>>>91 petatons

So some say that KI cannot block against extreme heat. I think I've seen people show some evidence of this before but I can't think of what it was at the moment so I can't make a case here. For starters SSJ Goku survinging a dive into lava with a KI shield is filler right?
