Can he beat Cell? A burst isn't very specific...But I guess it would be around 33 or so % of their full power. SPC: 10 SSJ2 Gohan: 12 SSJ2 Gohan (Half ki docked): 6 MSSJ Goku: 2 SSJ Vegeta: 1.3 SSJ Trunks: 1.1 Piccolo: 0.9 If it's SSJ2 Gohan's FP: Power from Gohan: 4 Power from Goku: .65 Power from Vegeta: .45 Power from Trunks: .33 I'm just going to stop right there, there's no way he's going to get in SPC area without them giving him around 50% of their power, and even then he'd probably blow up from ki overload.

Safari Favourite Manga DragonBall/Z, Naruto, Death Note, Yugioh!	I don't think a " burst of power" is enough for Yamcha to even beat a FPPC let alone SPC. Vegeta, Goku and everyone else are pretty much not anything special at all, there burst would mean nothing, now SSJ2 Gohan's could place him in rivalring range to FPPC but still lose.
