Assuming M12 Gogeta would be as strong as a hypothetically canon Gogeta, you'd get a chain like this; Hildegarn ? SSJ3 Goku (M13) ~ SSJ3 Goku (M12) > Ultimate Gohan > SSJ3 Gotenks >~ Evil Boo > SSJ Gogeta > Janemba Doesn't really make much sense, huh? There was no indication that M12 Goku was even approaching Ultimate Gohan's strength

During M12, Toei was doing a very good job with not butchering the powerscalling in the Buu Arc. Yeah I'm tempted to say I did it on purpose but that was a legit typo, no idea why I put hacked. There's no reason for them to do it, but it doesn't stop them from doing it. Toei has shown that they like to adjust powers to their will, and in the Buu saga anime, which is where the movie takes place timeline wise, they made Goku haxed. They had already nerfed the kids a crap ton by this time in the anime, so why is haxing Goku out of the question, when we know they like to do that too. Just because "it hadn't been shown in the Anime yet" doesn't make it impossible to start here. Who knows what Toei really had in mind for Goku's power here? Maybe there's some more hints in the Japanese subs, but I haven't seen them.

OT: Goku states theirs a gap between him and Vegeta because he's been training since Buu was gone. That should only put him at a level where he is stronger than Vegeta but not outlandishly ahead of him contrary to what kind of haxing Goku got in M13. Edited by Yusuke, May 21 2014, 04:40 PM.

Favourite Manga Family Friendly Version of the Steve Austin Show.	I believe Janemba is stronger. He is faster, more skilled, more intelligent, and he took the fight to SSJ3 Goku. I don't see how the Dragon Fist > Gogeta.
