How strong is Future #17 (< 50%)

I've seen people put him really low sometimes why is that (I assume so that post-Yadrat Goku doesn't become too strong)?

SSJ future Gohan said he can go against them if they not team up (when they where 50%) but the gap was not big. I have SSJ future Gohan a little bit stronger then SSJ Namek Goku and also a bit stronger then 50% androids, so I would say 50% Future android 17 is around SSJ Goku namek. SSJ Vegeta would murder 50% future android 17, he might be close to full power future android 18. Edited by RealSociedad, May 18 2014, 10:06 AM.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	I would assume less than twice as strong as Gohan in the manga version of the History of Trunks. I say this because Gohan says he's been training since the last time they fought, and 17 said he only used half his power in that fight. With that said, Gohan also states that he wants to be stronger than his dad, so we can already rule out that Gohan has made it to post Yardrat Goku. With all this in mind, I think it's fair to assume future C-17 is less than twice as strong as post Yardrat Goku. Edited by ThePrinceOfSaiyans, May 18 2014, 12:52 PM.
