What happens to goku after he defeats buu and then walks away after the tournament? Will we see goku again and will we see how his training went with uub? Also what series and movies come after buu?

Well... alana, there was a self-parody comic made by Toriyama called Neko Majin, which took place a little while after the end of the manga series.

However, this manga is entirely gag. For example, Vegeta has a cell phone in it, and uses it as an excuse to get out of a fight with the character Neko Majin (Neko's a magical cat who is suggested to be stronger than Goku).

So with that being said, we don't really know.

There's currently a rumor about Toriyama planning on continuing the manga from Battle of Gods, but this is most likely a hoax.
There is, however, a likely possibility that Battle of Gods will get a sequel.

Goku is my favourite character and I just don't like how they left the ending doesn't make sense although someone told me to watch gt as it explains it but I dunno know just I think it's stupid he leaves all his family behind just like that just confused.

Toriyama stopped doing the manga because he was exhausted. He'd been doing it for ten years straight, and it doesn't seem likely to me that he'd put himself through that again, considering that he's no spring chicken anymore.
The dude's in his 50s now.

He also said that he really enjoys doing one-shots instead, which are pretty much like manga short stories. One Shots are usually done on the manga-ka's own time and their serialization only last a few months at the most. It's not nearly as demanding as doing a weekly series like Dragon Ball was when it came out.

I think Battle of Gods and sequels are the closest thing that we're going to get to a continuation of the series. But obviously since it takes place before the end, it may not answer those questions.

I like to assume that Oob at some point matures enough to be the Earth's savior as Goku simply lives out his days doing what he's always done... training and eating. :D

EDIT: Something also worth mentioning is that I like to go to Kanzenshuu.com every once in a while to look at recent interviews that have been released. For example, in the newest one that Toriyama was questioned in, he mentions that Mr. Satan's master was killed by Tao because he insulted his hair.

I hope he does write more dbz cause I just can't get my head around how he ends it. It's really annoying especially for all the fans or if someone else took it over instead and continued on with it at least for all the fans like.
