If you do that, you’ll definitely win! Absolutely!” Gohan: “B-but, the way I am now…I can only use one arm, and even my ki is already less than half…” [ ] Goku: “That’s alright, you can win! Believe in your own power! Show me one last time…The power we created together!” Well to be fair, he does say "the power we created together" lol. I wouldn't look into it that much. Firefox, Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Berserk	My personal opinion; trying to put a number on CG SSj2 Gohan's Kamehameha (Final one) is silly. I do like numbers though =X. Gohan says his ki has been cut in half, but proceeds to fire a huge Kamehameha that rivals Cell's initially (Manga or Anime). Its hard to say whether Gohan got a Rage boost or not, considering the whole 'Gohan got energy from Goku' and Gohan saying how he underestimated Cell. To be honest, I don't really have a true opinion on Gohan getting a rage boost here or not, I do like to speculate and all, but I take this part for what it is; Gohan over-powering a distracted Cell.

There's nothing to suggest that it was Cell Era Gohan. Piccolo stated it that both Goku and Vegeta surpassed Gohan.

He doesn't outright state that Goku and Vegeta are stronger than SSJ2 Gohan at Cell

That argument ruins the whole show same goes for Piccolo sensing Kaioshin , or Dabura sensing shet while he can't making it to a Base Saiyans > Piccolo thing. The latter ones may be too offensive , but come at me.

Since zenkai don't seem to happen after Super Saiyan, we can't expect them to get ridiculous gains after that time. ...But, I'm also one of those folks who believe that Base and Super Saiyan power aren't linked, and can be increased independently from each other. Of course... it's to a degree.
