Correct me if I'm wrong but when they use swords in dbz, the user amplify the sword with their own ki? So do you think they could amplify guns and bullets with their ki?

Probably not. The swords work because they're swinging it with their power and strength, a bullet leaves the gun and has nothing to do with their speed and strength.

If my theory about them coating the weapons they use in their ki holds true, then it could be possible. Although I imagine it would be hard and only masters of ki would be capable of doing it since they'd have to effectively make a gun made out of ki.

"I am the bone of my sword."

Even if you swing a sword with your strength, unless you change up the property of the sword itself it won't matter. Super Vegetto can take a stick and swing it as hard as he can at a brick but that brick isn't going to break, the stick is because even though he's swinging with his power, the stick's property doesn't change. In one of the Daiz. guidebooks iirc, this is what helped Trunks sword as apparently some technobabble was put in that made it stronger than normal.

Dabura's blade can be thought of as being constructed of different and stronger properties as well (not that it helped him in the end.)

Would using telekenisis count? IIRC Frieza was capable of launching a mountain at Goku.
