I ♥ Yoeri Posts: 20,075 Group: Legend Member #8,985 Joined: February 7, 2013 Country Japan	I believe Piccolo is stronger because for Base Saiyans to be stronger, Piccolo had to lose power in the 7 year gap between Cell Games and Boo arc. Gohan is already stated to be weaker during that time and Piccolo was close to 50% MSSJ Goku is we should believe indications.

But like Emmeth said, it's been done so many times in the past. Almost as much as Broly threads.

Now, this is only my own opinion, but Piccolo holding his own against Cell Jrs for a while and also the other SSjins doing so (barring Goku), he should be at least somewhat close to Trunks and Vegeta. Vegeta minimum should be above 50% MSSJ Goku and he only gained power since he fought Initial Perfect Cell. There's a huge gap between Initial Perfect Cell and Semi-Perfect Cell.

I honestly don't know what to believe anymore, I think that Base Saiyans>Piccolo is illogical cause Base Goku is barely any stronger than Kid Gohan CG, and I doubt this Gohan was close to Semi Perfect Cell in Base. However it seems as if AT wanted the Base Saiyans to be stronger, so I think its really based in opinion.

Piccolo has to be above both Base Saiyans and Kaioshin and I'll tell you why: (1) There is no statement that Piccolo lost any power since the Cell saga (2) Piccolo Post-Rosat was stronger than his Pre-Rosat self, a power equal to #17 Post-Rosat Piccolo > Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 > #18 (3) The Base Saiyan Kids are comparable to #18 who is weaker than #17 Post-Rosat Piccolo > Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 > Base Saiyan Kids >= #18 (4) Base Gohan was comparable to Base Goten, meaning he can't be too far ahead of him. Post Rosat Piccolo > Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 >= Base Gohan > Base Goten >= #18 Being Generous: Post-Rosat Piccolo > Base Gohan >= Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 > Base Goten >= #18 (5) Kaioshin was scared of Pui Pui whom Base Vegeta pummeled effortlessly. If Kaioshin were stronger than a Base Saiyan, he could've easily done what Vegeta did. Gohan wasn't fazed by Pui Pui either. However, Kaioshin wasn't scared for them; he wanted to work together At Best: Base Vegeta > Base Gohan > Kaioshin ~ Pui Pui (6) Ergo, we have this: Post-Rosat Piccolo > Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 >= Base Gohan > Base Saiyan Kids >= #18 > Kaioshin ~ Pui Pui Being Generous, we have this: Post-Rosat Piccolo > Base Gohan >= Pre-Rosat Piccolo = #17 > Base Saiyan Kids >= #18 > Kaioshin ~ Pui Pui With all of this in mind, Piccolo should be stronger than Kaioshin. Kami was freaking out.

Anyhow I see it impossible for the Saiyans to be stronger than Piccolo unless he got drastically weaker. Since that was never stated my opinion hasn't changed.
