How much of an advantage did 'Super' Vegeta have over Semi-Perfect Cell?; And your Grade 2 and 3 multipliers

Gaps, power levels, whatever you have.. this is more of an opinionated thread.

Base Vegeta - 26,000,000
SSj Vegeta - 1,300,000,000
SSj Grade 2 - 1,950,000,000

I use SEG multipliers, and I have Grade 2 as 75x base.
Grade 3 would be 100x base, but the form is for power only and we know its huge drawbacks.

Semi-Perfect Cell - 1,325,000,000

This is how it works out for me, how about you guys?

I use the same multiplier for grade 2 as you, but a 150x for grade 3. Here's my numbers for Vegeta and Cell
Base Vegeta: 200'000'000
SSJ Vegeta: 10'000'000'000
ASSJ Vegeta: 15'000'000'000
Semi Cell: 11'000'000'000

I feel liked Vegeta was confident enough to take Semi-Cell in regular SSjin aswell. But then again, remember that Vegeta forgot about Cell's ability to regenerate... So who knows?

SSJ Vegeta ~> Semi-Perfect Cell (Suppressed)
SSJ Vegeta < Semi-Perfect Cell (Max)
SSJG2 Vegeta >> Semi-Perfect Cell (Max)

Vegeta: 20,000,000
Semi-Perfect Cell (Suppressed): 950,000,000
SSJ Vegeta: 1,000,000,000
Semi-Perfect Cell (Max): 1,100,000,000
SSJG2 Vegeta: 1,500,000,000

Something like that.

I don't buy into the SSJ Vegeta > FP Semi-Perfect Cell thing. Vegeta needed ASSJ to beat FP Semi-Cell otherwise why would he bother using the form if he could beat him as an SSJ? At best, I can see SSJ Vegeta rivaling or even equaling Semi-Cell but not having an advantage over him.

For me, I use 1.5X SSJ for ASSJ and 1.9X SSJ for USSJ. Numerically, I have...

Vegeta: 550,000,000
SSJ: 2,750,000,000
ASSJ: 4,125,000,000

Trunks: 540,000,000
SSJ: 2,700,000,000
ASSJ: 4,050,000,000
USSJ: 5,130,000,000

Semi-Perfect Cell (Supressed): 2,200,000,000
Full Power: 2,750,000,000

Perfect Cell (Initial): 5,050,000,000

#16 said Vegeta could already beat him as SSj, I think, but Semi-Perfect Cell was suppressed so SSj Vegeta & Supressed Semi-Perfect Cell rival each other, not full power.

"I am the bone of my sword."

I don't remember No. 16 saying anything. Trunks is a bit surprised when Vegeta first transforms indicating that SSJ Vegeta could probably defeat Initial Semi-Perfect Cell. Once Cell powers up, the Prince is going to need his transformation.

As for the gap. It's clearly a stomping gap but considering the whollop of a punch Cell gave Vegeta, one that Vegeta couldn't even tank and drew blood if I recall correctly, it's a stomping gap at its most minimal point. In the end I'd probably put it larger than the gap between KK Vegeta vs Goku which was about but no more than Vegeta vs Dodoria.

"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the war room!"

I have 2x and 3x multipliers for Grds 2 and 3, but the fact that they eat up a considerable amount of ki (as stated by Goku), actually makes them inherently weaker.
These are just examples:

(Grade 2)
Potential max: 2x SSj
Actual max: 1.66x SSj

(Grade 3)
Potential max: 3x SSj
Actual max: 2.33x SSj

Of course, SSj2 is actually 2x FPSSj. This is the reason why grade 2 and SSj2 can have the same multiplier for "SSj", but be so drastically different.
