Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	The way I see it, LSSJ Broli from Movie 8 and full-power Perfect Cell are nearly equal in power, but since Cell has brains, skill, and a wide repetoire of moves while Broli is pretty much just a dumb brute... well, in a fight between them Broli gets his a*** kicked. Movie 10 LSSJ Broli is a different story. He's now beating up Super Saiyan 2s with little trouble, so odds are that even 'Super Perfect' Cell gets taken down without too much trouble, not to even mention regular full-power Cell.

I think movie 10 broly is stronger than super perfect cell. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's because broly was able to effortlessly beat ssj2 gohan. Super Saiyan Gohan said that "he powered up since then" or something like that. And he would be right. He has SSJ2 now . That aside, I think it's fairly apparent Movie 8 Gohan is weaker than Cell Games and Gohan from Movie 10 so, Gohan doesn't have to be stronger than his Cell Games self for that line to make sense.
