He cycled between rampages and long hibernation. During numerous iterations of this cycle, he absorbed the evil elements of mankind, becoming steadily more violent. Bibidi merely knew the means of calling Buu from out of his long slumber. Since the current Buu is a slightly different life-form due to the changes brought about when the evil Buu was expelled, it's not known whether he'll still go into long hibernation. He also notes that Boo isn't entirely made of energy Akira Toriyama He doesn't particularly need energy. It's just that he likes candy. By the way, since the bad Buu was pure evil, he was easily purified in the afterlife, and was able to be reincarnated as Uub right away. Now you're thinking to yourself, Well Connor why does this matter? Simple, my Fanfic can feed on some of this info as can some others. It's also nice to see some explanation of things...but the retcon of some others is a little bit wierd. Like Kaioshin saying Bibidi created Boo...but meh. Thoughts? For a long time, his origins were in the grey area and no one knew how he became Martial Arts Champion and whatnot. Also like how his story connects with Tao Pai Pai. I wonder how he would have looked if he appeared in the Orginal Dragon Ball.

We finally have an answer about what ssj2 and ssj3 actually are: powered up versions of ssj1. That means there's no different way to achieve ssj2 and 3 than achieving ssj1 right? I also likes how he mentioned that he gets his greatest gains from mastering ssj so trying to achieve more ssj forms is useless Edited by Ssj3vegito96, May 3 2014, 08:13 PM.

You claim that in the manga, Bibidi is the creation of Boo, you state this in your manga. Babidi is trying to resurrect the creation of his father, the Boo whom you is the creation of one hence forth called Bibidi. May I ask when Boo ever walked around the Earth absorbing jack * from mankind other than Boo Arc appearance? You've obviously built up Boo as someone who after Boo became a fat tub or lard, Bibidi was defeated and Boo sent somewhere, where Babidi finally discovers him and starts enacting the plan to resurrect him. A plan I dare say started very son considering the only energy Boo seemed to have gotten that day was Gohan's. So now I must ask, when did Boo during these moments of Destruction and Hibernation come to Earth and begin to absorb the aspects of mankind's evil? Mind you the quote indicates that Boo has been doing this for a while now. Boo who is heavily implied to have been sealed away and Bibidi his (not creator) killed the universe set into peace millions of years later before finally Babidi arrives to stick Gohan's energy into Boo's pulsating pink sack. But no, Boo has actually been to Earth multiple times to absorb evil elements. Now a lot of you seem to be looking at this like its interesting. If this had been in the manga than sure, this would be quite a bit of interesting details. it would've given Boo some noticeable depth as a character and history. Perhaps gone into a bit of depth and history with Bibidi and how he discovered Boo and made it so that he was its creator. We could've gotten some new information about Boo that makes us think one thing but then bam we get this new bit of information that is of course explained to us and gives us a nice story. Now this is a similar problem that the Saiyans have been getting into lately. You keep creating these nice, kind hearted Saiyans even though its heavily implied that Saiyans are evil ** bastards. Now the difference here is that, nice Saiyans by technical means doesn't break canon. It's not like you've gone up and said Saiyans were once nice and now they're evil. But here you say that Boo, specifically stated to have created by bibidi, multiple times I may add, look up at quotes above but instead Boo, creation of Bibdi was not actually created by Bibidi but instead was rolling around as this...I dare say God of Destruction...such a new term you know...and has been absorbing mankind's evil elements even though Boo was never even shown to be related to Earth at all until the Boo Arc came along. Now again, had you built this up. Boo being perhaps the first God of Destruction who later became corrupted by evil and what not, could've been very interesting. But you didn't do that. We ain't done yet people get ready. Quote: No one can. Kaiôshin are born as Kaiôshin. There are three of them, and they work in shifts. Though there are two of them on duty now, if one of the Kaiôshin were to die in an accident, then the currently-inactive Kaiôshin would grow in the Kaiôshin Realm like a plant. If there aren’t any accidents, then it’s said their lifespans are about 75,000 years. There are three Kaioshins....North Kaioshin, South Kaioshin, East Kaioshin West Kaioshin and Dai kaioshin. Who apparently now work in shifts and grow like plants. now mind you even if you only included by current standards, the only Kaioshin's are Old Fart Kaioshin and Yeast Kaioshin. So either way where the * are you getting three from? Now as pointed out at the bottom of this Kanzenshuu page...that's a bit contradictive. Quote: The Kaiôshin (who create planets) and the Gods of Destruction (who destroy them) have never gotten along that well, but once every 1,000 years they go to each other’s realms and hold a coordination meeting. At this time, they got into an argument over some trifling thing, and a certain short-tempered God of Destruction sealed Elder Kaioshin away inside a sword. Naturally, it wouldn’t have been proper for him to destroy the Kaiôshin Realm itself. By the way, that God of Destruction was Beerus. So let me get this straight. Did anyone ever bother to explain to the Kaioshin's that their old fart granddaddy was inside a sword because Beers threw another little fit? Now of course the manga builds it up as Farty a*** Kaiosihn was sealed because his ability to make people pop up their potential like a freakshow erection and not because Beers is a schizo crack addict. Now assuming that's still the case with the whole super potential business. Doesn't one think that maybe Beers would feel more included to check out the guy who released the sword and Old Fart Kaioshin? I can't believe I'm saying this. I really can't believe I'm saying this. But compared to this...Gotenks is not a bad character. I know, I know those are sinful words I'm putting the acid on my tongue as I type. But I would rather watch Gotenks doing stupid but canonical stuff than to read anymore of this. Some of its interesting like the whole Satan business but overall it comes off as nothing more than rushed writing and just plastering on whatever the hell AT can think of. The God of Destruction is a very new concept so obviously AT is just packing on Beers motives and you can easily see that with this whole Boo business. But the worst part is that, AT is literally ignoring direct Canon material. And not just implied Canon material, direct stated from his mouth, to his text canon. Again, this could've been very interesting had you bothered to really look into it and flesh it out. It would've given us a good new light on Bibidi, Babidi, Boo, The Kaioshins. Perhaps you'd go into a bit of business with Southern Kaioshin, you could've gotten something interesting for us. But you didn't. I will say this now. Out of all the things that AT has brought, from Time Traveling Bardock, to Tarble to Gotenks, to all the things that AT has brought us that I don't like and I like Dragon Ball but there are things I do not like. This is by far the absolute worst thing I have ever seen him do. Because where as the other things were just stupid on an entertainment level. This is stupid on an intellectual level. This is a mockery to both your own work and to the reader's intelligence. tldr... I don't like this...at all. Brofist has spoken.

Other than that, I don't like how he threw SSJ2 and SSJ3 in the garbage to promote SSJG even more and like Brofist before me pointed out, the whole Buu not being created by Bibidi thing. Might as well change the name to Retcon Ball Z. That's were the series looks to be headed.

Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	Since Toriyama specifically said, "even though X was said in the manga," this isn't just some case of, "silly forgetful Toriyama doesn't know what he's talking about." This is him deciding that he wants to retroactively switch things up a little bit. Which is kind of cool, if you ask me.
