Well during the whole Buu Arc: -At first Goku>Pre Majin Vegeta, he became Majin to close the gap and fight his arch-rival equally, so SSJ2 Goku>SSJ2 Pre Majin Vegeta. -Then we have SSJ2 Majin Vegeta vs SSJ2 Goku, which as we have shown in there fight, they were exact equals -And finally for the rest of the arc I have them as equals, I think Vegeta hold up the Majin boost, which would make him just as powerfull as Goku, so SSJ2 Post Majin Vegeta=SSJ2 Goku, and Vegeta just landed a hit IIRC in the manga at Kid Buu, afterwards he got beaten badly, so can't Judje by that much.

There is no difference between them. The only way Goku can be stronger than Vegeta here is if he uses Super Saiyan 3.

I think EOZ Goku~>EOZ Vegeta.
