As of now, it's definitely not easy. I'm right in the middle of finals, which is that time of the year when students at my university go full-on suicide mode. I have four essays due this week along with four finals. I'm working on an essay right now that needs to be at least 2,500 words. I've been working on it for about four hours now, and I've only got 1,274. It's an essay on the hagiography and idolatry present in Foxe's Acts and Monuments in comparison to the Golden Legend. Sounds awesome, right? Yeahhh... Being an English major is s*** (sometimes?) Life is always hard. Literally. Always. But recently it has been getting better, slowly. This summer is going to be absolutely amazing, so I have that to look forward to. My best friend is coming home, and we're going to spend tons of time together doing crazy things and having a blast. I'll have tons of free time to focus on my reading and writing, hang out with my friends, and make more money. I also have a new relationship to look forward to, so that's great. Life will be good. I just have to get through my anxiety issues, a few rough patches, and these stupid finals and essays. Then everything will be smooth, and hopefully next semester will be a lot easier.

Life is definitely not always hard; that's a subjective viewpoint of your experience and existence. |

No, it's a fact. No matter where you're at in life or what you're dealing with at the time, there will always be something difficult going on. Unless you just live a freakishly perfect existence or are a shut in or something. |

I'm a shut-in. Not because i'm mentally ill like some people would like to think. It's because I like being secluded and being alone really helps my mental state of mind versues being outside, feeling inferior to others. And TBH, I don't like a lot of people I come across in my daily life. I'm just jaded like that. |

Life was pretty hard because some people that I really hated tried to ruin my school-life because I'm a little "wierd", or as a normal person would put it, different. It was past the point I even stopped caring about doing good because I'd get no positive feedback which pissed me off beyond belief. I still had friends, but they were few, and I didn't really feel too comfortable going to class and school just became a weight to me. A torture. Luckily though, I managed to find my way again by just keeping my chin up and smiling everyday and just living what I loved to the fullest. Started becoming more social, and finally, when I changed my classmates due to my old class being separated I finally met some people that just liked me for what I am. Smiling nowadays isn't even something I force myself to do, it's just natural. If you ever have problems, hang in there, and keep living with your objective in mind. It makes everything easier to deal with. |

My life's getting easier and easier to be honest, the only things that really troubled me in the past were hard because I made them hard. When you stop stressing out over things, regardless over how big a deal they are or not, life seems to be exponentially simpler. Or at least that's how I've been seeing things lately. |

Not always, really. There have been sometimes in my life before were I had no worries really. Usually during the Summer, or other breaks from school. I'm sure most of you have experienced this, and will experience this again. Though it can be hard to remember a time when you had no worries when you are going through something difficult.
