The only thing we’re allowed to believe is that we won’t regret the choice we made.

And this is why we don't use the "P" word. Future Gohan stands no chance against either. |

Assuming his boost is like his Present Time counterpart, he only gets to Perfect Cell level. Present Gohan stomps. |

They are the same person, so they have the same potential. It's a draw. EDIT : Gohan (Present) lost experience because he neglected his training, unlike Future Gohan, who continue his training So, Future Gohan wins. Edited by Venato, Apr 27 2014, 01:51 AM.

But Future Gohan never got to the same level Gohan did. Z-Sword Gohan>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Future Gohan, so the potential should be the same way |

I don't think the potential can change. Effectively, the SSJ of Gohan is useless when Old Kai unlock his potential. That would say he can't power-up.

unfortunately, you are wrong. potential has absolutely nothing to do with how powerful you can become. it is defined in the manga as: Chapter: 488 (DBZ 294), P4.9, P5.1-2 Context: after Gohan’s unintentional display of power Goku: “…Am…amazin’…So he really wasn’t just some regular dirty old geezer?...*talking to Kaioshin* ‘Do-dormant ability’…That’s a person’s true power, that they have hidden all along…Right?” Kaioshin: “Ye-yeah…I-I think so…” Goku: “Mu-must be…Man, Go-Gohan…Just how the heck much power is he hidin'?...” dormant ability is power you already have, not power you can gain later. there is nothing stopping mystic gohan from continuing to get more powerful through training. so no, future gohan, who as an ssj is possibly weaker than frieza, is not touching even base buu arc gohan after the mystic ritual, much less mystic gohan. |

list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god | |
