Life improvements

To take a step back and reflect on what life should be in my opinion - great, is there anything that you have done to improve your life lately?

For example - for the past month - I've been walking to work. It's about a 20 minute round trip - few hills and that to improve fitness.

I just think that there may be a bit of negativity on this subforum and may be in need of a confidence boost / way to go! kinda thing. If I'm wrong - feel free to delete this thread.

I've been eating a lot better. No microwave pizzas, no chocolate, no microwave burgers.

I want to get back into college this year too.

Novacane for the pain

Hrrrrm, let's see.

- Lost about 20kg in weight, one of the best things I've ever done. Feel so much happier and healthier for it. Also starting at the gym to bulk up a bit.
- Got a job after being out of work for three months. Having money is generally quite nice.
- Finally getting some work experience in a legal office, going to help heaps when looking for graduate work later in the year/next year.
- Minor one but finally got my messed up sleeping pattern sorted. No longer going to sleep at 3AM and getting up at 11, now it's like 10-11ish and getting up at 8. Feel like I'm not wasting my day.

So yeah, fair to say 2014 has been quite kind to me thus far.

Not much for me so far, but the rest of the year should be good.

- Got a job, even if there's not much happening with it at the moment.
- Been exercising heaps and I'm actually seeing the benefits from it. Lost about 7kg and I don't really have any fat anywhere at the moment.
- Did the classic overseas experience to London where I'm still at right now.

Great topic. I've done a lot to improve myself recently, but there is always a lot more. Hm.

- Getting myself better organized for my classes. Everything's been easier since then.
- Staying in shape is always an improvement.
- I've been studying harder.
- Took a couple days off work recently.

I still need to work on drinking more water and less pop. That will make the list soon.

I'd like to bump this topic -
For those who have posted: Have you kept with it, made better improvements?

For those who haven't: What would you like to state now as a way to improve yourself?

Me? I'm still walking to work, been doing it for over 4 months now, and I can tell you, First time I started I was breathing heavily after 1 trip. Now I can make 3 round trips without even breaking a sweat. It's awesome!

I've had a lot of success with my classes. I'm still a heavy Coke drinker. I'm drinking one right now, and have an empty cup sitting next to me from earlier this morning. I'm still working on it. haha. I drank some water yesterday.

I've started being more responsible. I unload the dishwasher, vacuum and bring the washing in from outside. Basically preparing myself for one day moving out.

I've been struggling but I'm slowly cutting out pop and coolade out of my drinking habits and replacing it with water. So far went from not drinking water at all to atleast getting 2 cups a day, finally got back into my athletic conditioning class. I'll be able to drop atleast 60 pounds that I gained last year because my Gym class this recent year was s*** when it came to what they forced you to do.

Started up at the gym again. I used to bodybuild like a year and a half ago, but then I randomly stopped for no reason. I just started gymming properly again this week.

Got two jobs now, suck on that one Old Crashbreaka.

Also trying to pay off my student loan and saving up for a car. Pretty much completely self reliant now that I'm earning enough.
