Posts: 0 Group: GTFO Member #6,938 Joined: November 2, 2011 Gender Not Specified Country Chile	So I've heard around that if a fourth Dark Knight movie came out -- and if it was time for Robin's debut -- then Office Blake would probably be the one who would become Robin. I guess it was supposed to be hinted a little bit in the third movie, or something like that. I'm not sure because that's the one I fall asleep on every time I watch it. Anyway. I think the best choice for the next Robin would be Commissioner Gordon's son - James Gordon Jr. In the first two movies, his son always got excited when Batman was around. He always believed in him just as much, too. Much like Barbara Gordon does in some other versions before she turns into Batgirl and assists Batman. I think James Gordon Jr. should be Robin the Boy Wonder.

Which would make all that talk about symbols and whatnot in Dark Knight Rises mean squat. Bruce's talk to Blake about how Batman was originally meant to represent a symbol and therefore anyone could be the Batman; the repairing of the Bat-signal to convey that the Batman is eternal (a symbol committed to an ideal), Bruce leaving the cave behind for Blake - to me, it was really strongly hinting that Blake was more or less going to be a new Batman. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	I'd love for there to be another one but I feel it's complete we all know what would be happening afterwards really. But damn Joseph Gordon Levitt is an excellent actor if they did make another one it would be great, I think if they went for it it should be a Nightwing movie, maybe he'd not call himself Batman so as to not tarnish his legacy or something. I think Nolan already said he's not making any more of them though I know Bale said he wasn't going to be in any more, if someone else did it and tried to give it the same kind of tone it would probably be a failure on a grand scale so sadly it should probably be left alone. Hopefully Batman vs Superman will be as good.
