Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z, and One Piece	Considering that Mandark build a whole secret lab by his won, with a bunch of high tech inventions, and Professor Utonium has a significantly smaller lab with less inventions, I'd give it to Mandark. We aren't talking three girls who got Marveled into their powers. Utonium created life when he made the PPG. And with Chemical X, he created life that was born with superpowers. As good an inventor as Mandark is, and he certainly was a great one to keep up with Dexter, he never created life from nothing.
