So how smart would you say cell is? I would say he is by far the smartest person in the show and it's not even close. Well you could say Bulma is close but when you think about it her brain is not that amazing when you actually think about it from a realistic point of view.(I know bare with me) Look at that this way when characters get stronger like Goku for example when he transforms into his higher stages he gets Faster and his Brain is able to keep up with his movements and able to react at extremely fast speeds.He can memorize a move only seeing it once and look at people fighting and already come up with counter measurements for there moves. So Goku can process and store information far better than bulma or a normal human ever could ever could,even real life geniuses like Albert Einstein. Albert Einstein may be one of the smartest people to live but i highly doubt his brain would react fast enought to catch a bullet after is already fired. I mean even Master Roshi and krillin could have an entire fight in .02 seconds something normal humans can't even begin to process with thier brain. But would you say that Goku is smarter than Bulma of course not. Goku never went to school and frankly never cared for education.But if he had gone how smart could he have been imo he could have been easily one of the smartest on the show since his brain already can store and process information far better than bulma or any genius the world has ever seen but that is just my opinion. Now moving on to Cell his perfect form was stated to give him great intellect. His brain is literally a Super Super computer.By default his brain once again is already better than any Normal human on the planet then you have to add that absorbing android 18 and 19 gave him super intelligence to make his perfect form. So Cell already can process things faster than a Normal human can then he gets super intelligence from the androids that makes him book smart.Cell at this time would be smarter than the computer that made him. We never really see his tactical skills, and the ones that he does have aren't too impressive. Cell's vast inventory of physical abilities gives him an advantage, but we never see him invent anything of his own or actually improvise on the abilities that he already has.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.

If Goku and Bulma were both given the instructions to build a house, Goku would do it quicker because he can process instructions more quickly. However, if they were given a science paper to write, while Goku may do it faster, he will not do as well as Bulma because speed is not intelligence. Besides, thinking and reacting are two different sects of the brain

Posts: 1,173 Group: Member Member #10,454 Joined: November 6, 2013	There are different things you can be good at, having a good brain doesnt mean that you are good at everything, while i have an easy time doing math, you might have an extremely difficult time, that doesnt mean im smarter, that just means that i have a part in my brain that is better built than yours you have a part of your brain that is better than mine. Gokus reaction speed doesnt give him an IQ of 1000, it simply just gives him a good muscle memory and a good reaction speed, giving him a book on how physics works will still be mind boggling for him.
