Well, Buttercup lifted this one British superhero, while he was lifting a mountain with a temple on top, Bubbles ran around the world in five seconds, and Blossom stopped some asteroids from heating Earth (that shows some heat resistance, and strength too). I assume that they are all pretty much equal in strength, speed, durability, and other things. That said, Arale's feats>>>>>>>Powerpuff Girls's feats, though they do have flight and can shoot eye lasers and energy beams. I don't know much about Pucca's feats, though I do remember watching it. I would say that Arale would have an overwhelming victory though.
