He thought Goku wasn't really putting his all into the fight, and thought the fight wasn't very spectacular. He then powered up getting amazing reactions from all the Z fighters. I say a 1.3x advantage.

Posts: 790 Group: Member Member #5,932 Joined: March 30, 2011	By my numbers: Goku: 830,000,000 [MSSJ]: 12,450,000,000 Perfect Cell: 2,500,000,000 [vs. Goku]: 10,000,000,000 [serious vs. Goku]: 15,000,000,000 [Max]: 22,000,000,000 Gohan: 950,000,000 [MSSJ, max]: 14,250,000,000 [MSSJ, anger]: 18,250,000,000 So Gohan is around 15% more powerful than Goku, but I think Goku could take him based on skill. He nearly killed a much more powerful Perfect Cell with his warp kamehameha.

I think Gohan is clearly stronger than Goku and even a little bit stronger than Cell (at the level he fought them with), but it's not obvious unless he actually puts effort into fighting, which he never really did until he went Super Saiyan 2. SSJ Goku: 28 Cell: 32 SSJ Gohan: 35

Gohan couldn't even land a punch on him whereas Goku was mangaing to keep up with Cell. I could have it all wrong but after reading a number of forums stating Gohan to be stonger of the two,, it was always something that always eluded me.
