The Saiyans are a completely different race than humans. Jaco said the virus would only exterminate humans, meaning it was specifically designed to do so. This doesn't mean that we are inferior to others because we get this virus. In turn, there are certain diseases/viruses that we cannot get which other species can. Sit down son. I'm going by the fact that the bomb only kills the specified race. This one is meant to target humans, not dogs, not elephants, just humans. So when it was accidentally used in the past, it was likely a virus meant for that specific race.

And it has been used before and apparently worked (assuming for some reason it wasn't tailor made for that other race) then that means there are indeed other Humans out there. That's the only way, otherwise he contradicts what he says.

Based on what you've shown us, they have an extinction bomb made tailor suit for humans specifically, they used it on another race out there and apparently killed them, Therefore there's only one conclusion and that's they were humans. You seem not to understand completely the value of statements.

They can't get close to Saiyans, so how would they know anything about them? Their immune system is different to the immune system of a human, so the virus will not work on them. The patrol CANNOT get close enough to them to know anything about them.
