It's mostly just groups of ignorant, misinformed teens who think they're smarter than everyone else. Or rather that you're just not Transgender. I...fail to see why that needs it's own term... What is this conflict though? I guess I can see how referring to yourself as Cisgender is basically like saying you're part of some elite group of people.
