I know Piccolo and Vegeta aren't exactly outgoing people, but you think it'd be necessary to have at least some social interaction. A year is a LONG time to spend alone in a room. I'm not a very social person, but I don't think I could last more than a week. How long do you think you could last alone in the ROSAT?

Don't get me wrong I'm a social person and love been with others, but when I want to I can be alone for a long time. And considering Vegeta's only purpose and goal is to train and get stronger such problems would mean nothing to him. Piccolo as well he was always alone to be honest if he could, if he never met Gohan at all or DBZ never happened he just trains alone for years.

Vegeta's a pretty tough cookie mentally. He got through Super Saiyan training after all, which I assume was more difficult than ROSAT training. Piccolo and Trunks both got through ROSAT training alone as well. It was only when he realized that he'd reached a limit that he got mad at himself and transformed (during his training to become a Super Saiyan). Safari Favourite Manga Bleach	Vegeta's burning desire to surpass Goku drives every fibre of his being. Thats how Vegeta did it. Piccolo on the other spent most of his younger life by himself training, away from people.

Piccolo is very spiritual and could go a lifetime without social interaction. Vegeta can do anything when he's inspired. He was focused on passing Goku and Cell, and didn't give a crap about social interaction. Out of everyone, I think Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Roshi, and Tien can handle extreme isolation. Yamcha, Gohan, Krillen, Chaoitzu, Trunks, Goten, and Yajirobe cannot. Edited by sylentknyte, Apr 10 2014, 01:30 AM.

Even Trunks who also went alone, he already had mental problems and was probably used to being alone most of the time while only having his mother to interact with.
