Not sure if kid flash can do the same though

That's why I decided to leave Flash out and choose Wally as Kid Flash as he is much slower than he was as Flash and was limited to roughly the speed of soun.

There's also Fleetway Sonic whom has run so fast he stopped time. Honestly, the only person faster than Sonic is the Flash IMO.
