Amazing martial artists too. I'm not sure if this counts as the destructive power your talking about you might just be thinking of energy blasts but ill mention it anyway. Take buu saga ultimate gohan for example. The gap between him and super perfect cell+kamehameha amp>>>>>>>>>>>the gap between ssj2 gohan and cell jrs. Ssj2 gohan effortlessly broke the cell jr's with one punch. Ultimate gohan could do the same to SPC who has solar system durability. But think about how effortless it is for him to deliver punches that are potent enough to destroy solar systems(SPC) compared to how effortless it was for ssj2 gohan to one shot the cell jr's. A flick of his wrist is solar system++ busting Piccolo can materialize a bunch of things. That's a pretty cool power if you ask me. He can regenerate and has enhanced hearing too Supreme kais and goku can teleport. The supreme kais don't need ki signals unlike goku's instant transmission so they can go where they want. He supreme kais create planets and life and watch over the universe. They also have materialization abilities King kai and others watch over the galaxies and have other abilities like when they made the weights goku was carrying heavier. Dende can heal people, watches over the earth, and creates the dragon balls Mr popo is mr popo Some can think up plans in times of crisis. Times of crisis like the the fate of the planet/galaxy/universe at stake. Take vegeta thinking up a plan during the fight with kid buu Also, like beerus said above, they rely more on the potency of their attacks rather than blast radius. They have shown extremely powerfull strinking force potency, SSJ Goku from Yadrat had the potency to planet bust, imagine the top tiers, SSJ Vegito could oneshot SPC who has Solar system durability, and the list goes on. They are also extremely durable, the same example here Vegito could easily survive Cell's Solar Kamehameha which makes there durability extreme as well. As for Speed manga wise they don't really have many feats, but in anime I can name tons of them been fast.

That last part is a bit much of a stretch, there are PLENTY of Comic Book characters that learn martial arts from actual Gods. Not some excuse for one like the Kaio's
