Posts: 16 Group: New Member Member #11,136 Joined: April 1, 2014	Food for thought We we first meet imperfect cell he is on par with if not weaker the piccolo (post kami fusion) with weighted clothes, and later on after absorbing several cities worth of people he has far surpassed piccolo, So with that in mind, without even eating 17 and 18, if he kept absorbing millions of humans, and even some of the z fighters ( he said absorbing piccolo would put him near his perfect form) ypu think that with time, he could have the potential to become stronger then his perfect form? Also assuming he has sayian cells in him so he becomes stronger with each defeat

I would have thought Imperfect Cell would have a limit to how much Bio-etract he could absorb. Humans only provide him with little Ki. The idea of Cell achieving his perfect form is that he would achieve great power and would be at the pinnacle. He still has it; it's just retracted. If Imperfect Cell absorbed someone powerful enough, I can see him becoming more powerful. However, I think he would always have the powerful psychogenic need to have a perfect state

He no longer needed to absorb individuals to gain energy and power because he is perfect in all sense of the word. That is probably why his perfect body is designed so that his tail is retracted as it is no longer required. He wouldn't need to absorb anyone powerful enough. He already has the cells and powers of all of the greatest fighters on Earth, including Vegeta, Goku, Frieza and piccolo.

Heck, we don't even know if Imperfect Cell can gain power by simply absorbing powerful individuals. It was not once shown in the manga. This was only shown in non-cannon GT. When he stabbed piccolo, he was using a different method. He was merely zapping his Ki to replenish his own. If all Cell had to do was absorb powerful individusl s then there'd be no point in achieving his perfect form. The androids were both unique and essential for Cell to become perfect and unequalled in power. Gohan unlocking his SSJ2 power and completely stomping Cell was an anomaly. If cell could absorb people to gain more power, he would have absorb Gohan SSJ2 Howerver, it is arguable that Semi-perfect Cell and imperfect cell could have increased their power substantially after a zenki boost, for example, had ASSJ Vegeta beaten Semi-Perfect cell to an inch of his life, it is plausible that Cell might have received a Zenki sting enough for him to overpower Vegeta. Posts: 2,542 Group: Member Member #8,475 Joined: October 27, 2012	I like to believe that Imperfect Cell reached his maximum achievable strength... simply because then Gero's greatest biological creation, and his greatest mechanical creation would be the same tier... and the requirement to go beyond that, towards "perfection", is a combination of the two.

Safari Favourite Manga Bleach	I know this probably would not count in the match up but I just remembered that Cell knew the location of 17 and 18's neural Link, so regardless of how weak he was in comparison to them, he would have been able to subdue them both with relative ease.
