Brock Lesnar break the Streak; WTF WWE

Lesnar is 35. If you consider that being now old timer then Cena and Punk are old timers.

And the Undertaker definitely got to choose who beat him. There's reports that Taker wanted Lesnar to end the streak back in 2010.

He is an old timer in the sense that his time has past. He is out of his prime. His legacy is dated.

Strongly disagree with that notion. If Lesnar wanted to go full-time he would be in the title picture year round. Last night is proof of how high the company reveers Lesnar.

That's true, but it doesn't change the fact that he is sloppy and rusty now. You can't look at me in the eye and tell me that match was good.

The match was poor because Taker can't handle Lesnar's pace anymore. Triple H couldn't either

Sorry, but that's BS. He had an amazing match with CM Punk last year, and even had a decent match with Ambrose. Do you really think six, maybe seven odd months makes such a difference? I don't think so.

Brock isn't a good wrestler anymore. That's my opinion. He couldn't hold a candle to the standard he set ten years ago.

I already knew about it, but still: Do you know what spoilers are? There are people that couldn't watch WM yet, you know? Not everyone can watch it live. Just the title already gives it away.

Lesnar is great and he isn't a WWE newcomer. I don't like that the streak is broken, but it kinda makes sense, since it's not entertaining to watch a Undertaker match at WM when you already know that Taker is gonna win.

Still, I would've preferred to see someone else breaking the streak. Lesnar is better than someone like Cena or Daniel Bryan, but it should've been someone else. The Rock, Hogan or someone like that would've been good (or Kurt Angle, ha).

Wait, what the f***?

You'd prefer Hogan over Bryan? Wow.

Undertaker can put on good matches, despite us knowing the outcome.

A majority of his WM matches were at least four stars in my book.

Yeah, I'd prefer Hogan over Bryan. He's a legend, Bryan isn't.

And I didn't say that Undertaker's WM matches weren't good. I'm just saying that it takes away the thrill if you know the result.

Hogan is also an injury prone egotistical WCW destroying 60 year old.

Plus, even in his prime, he was a very average wrestler. Bryan is the best wrestler on the roster, has the whole world behind him, and is the next big thing in professional wrestling.

And the Taker matches still had that doubt. I remember telling everyone that HHH will lose at WM27, but when he tombstoned Taker, I was like "BY GOD KING! THE STREAK IS OVER! BY GOD! WHAT A SLOBBER KNOCKER!"

Well. I don't see much of a point discussing this further. It was a piss poor choice on WWE's part, but I cannot change it.

I'm down for talking about WWE's many other retarded choices, and why TNA are currently bashing them in the skull.

Bryan is Benoit 2.0 sans the tragedy.

Look at how they both won the title and WM 20 and 30 respectively. Very similar guys. Amazing wrestlers, mediocre on the mic. The parallels between them are chilling when you really look at it. Bryan will be back to where he was a year ago sooner than you might think. I like Bryan but his mic skills are lagging

I disagree. He is great at shoots. I remember when he was ripping into Cole, calling him a "Poor man's Jim Ross".

I wrote Benoit 2.0 for a reason.

- Both are small muscular guys.
- Both are arguably the best technical wrestlers of their day.
- Both were fan favourites.
- Both were the ultimate underdog.
- Both had the odds stacked against them at Mania.
- Both were added, making their title match a triple threat.
- Benoit won the triple threat at WrestleMania XX with a crossface.
- Bryan won the triple threat at WrestleMania XXX with a crossface.
