At a rate of $50 an hour I'd end up charging $500-$1000 for it. I've never seen it done since apps like tapatalk cover all the possible functionality you could need for a forum. I'd probably do it free for a forum with million+ members since I'd make up the hours easily. But yeh this is a small forum so it's kinda pointless.
