The new Amazing Spider-Man does start in April. From my understanding this Spider Verse is just a storyline within The Amazing Spider-Man not an entirely new comic. I could be wrong though since I haven't really looked up much about it.

Pretty much what KingOfAllSaiyans said. I think that The Superior Spider-Man had a really great run. Marvel started getting the character right again after some years of failures. I have high hopes for this one. Also, it seems like they've gone to great lenghts to bring each obscure incarnation of Spider-Man to the story, even people that technically aren't Spider-Man.
