Suicide is an actual reality. I guess you could argue that any suicide is the result of mental illness, mind you. Still. the multiple personalities are hallucinations, not realities.There is no hostage situation, at least no greater than any crippling mental illness, which I guess you could also argue is always a hostage situation. Yeah what?
