Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	The absolute lowest I will be putting Kibito Kai is just below SSJ2 Vegeta. The guy thought he was honestly going to take on Gotenks Boo of all people, I've got to assume that the guy isn't completely 100% nuts so I've got to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he can not only take out Perfect Cell, he could even defeat Zenkai Perfect Cell. And as the Cell fan here, saying Kaioshin is anything better than Cell hurts me greatly.

He didn't even put his name into the hat. I'd put him somewhat below SSjin 2 Vegeta mostly because he wasn't considered a master of the universe.
