I don't know who would win since Goku have the advantage in speed ...

SSJ Gr 2 is not the form which lowers speed, SSJ Gr3 lowers speed. CG Gohan and BS Goku are already very close as it is, so giving Gohan a substantial power increase gives him an easy victory.

And since when did ASSJ have stamina issues lol.

Gr 2 was not noted to deduct speed.

It wouldn't have helped Goku (either he knew he was too weak with or without it... or Cell could simply do the same thing [as shown he can]). And Gohan became a sudden pacifist. On-topic: Strangely enough, I would have them as equals... so I give it to Goku (in both scenarios) because: Goku is simply a superior/more experienced warrior. I hate Gohan more often than not. Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	I consider SSJ Grade 2 a nice clean 75x boost, half-again as strong as Super Saiyan. Apply that to each character, and we get... Gohan (Cell Games): 70 -- Super Saiyan: 3,500 --- Super Saiyan Grade 2: 5,250 Goku (Majin Boo): 80 -- Super Saiyan: 4,000 So yeah, Gohan ends up with a considerable power advantage. In Scenario 1 without Grade-2's stamina issues, he's got an almost certain win. In Scenario 2, through a combination of the stamina drain and Goku's general superior battle skills, Goku's chances increase substantially but he still probably only wins one out of every three fights.
