Why do people even put untransformed saiyans so high? I don't have any saiyan getting above 1 billion BP in base form with the exception of Broly(who is a special case, and even then, not by much, 1.5 billion BP for me is higher than any untransformed saiyan that ever lived) As for the topic, Majin Vegeta beats SSJ2 (non-majin) Vegeta IMO. Oob being Kid Boo tier makes a hell of amount of sense if you believe in BOG being canon in which Goku absorbed a fraction of the God power in base, which I could see easily putting him around that tier.

BOG just solidified it for me.

Posts: 1,173 Group: Member Member #10,454 Joined: November 6, 2013	I never understood why Goku had to be Kid Buu tier because he could withstand an attack from Uubs rage, thats like Gohans rage at BoZ being as strong as Namek Gohan (after potential unlock). Either way, BoG helps with the Kid Buu case so because Goku is that strong, Vegeta is that strong (unless one of them has to come to the rescue, this should be the rule).
